At LOWA Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original LOWA shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
